Join us Monday, March 24 at 7:00 PM at Bethany EC Church, 308 Main Street, Leesport. This Civil War medical program has a twist. The presentation is tailored to the audience, in that the program will feature stories about actual Union veterans who served from the Leesport area. Based on primary documentation, and what passed for, “medicine”, in the period, we’ll see who they were, what happened to them and how were they treated.
